HTM Tram Maintenance Assistant
This solution utilized AI search and retrieval to support maintenance by providing quick access to procedures, fault codes, and safety instructions in a transport setting.
Challenge
- Maintenance knowledge is often spread across manuals, schedules, and internal procedures, making fast retrieval difficult in day-to-day work. This is why we needed to create a domain-specific assistant.
- The interface needed to feel practical for technicians rather than overly complex.

- I used a clean UI and retrieval-first framing to augment technical operations without replacing existing processes.
