HTM Tram Maintenance Chatbot
This concept explores how AI search and retrieval can support maintenance technicians with quick access to procedures, fault codes, and safety instructions in a transport setting.

Challenge
- Maintenance knowledge is often spread across manuals, schedules, and internal procedures, making fast retrieval difficult in day-to-day work.
- The interface needed to feel practical for technicians rather than experimental or overly complex.
Approach
- Shaped the experience around focused maintenance queries, fault support, inspection intervals, and safety context.
- Used a clean UI and retrieval-first framing to show how AI can augment technical operations without replacing existing processes.
Outcomes
- Created a strong demonstration of applied AI outside healthcare, useful for conversations about operations, field support, and internal knowledge tools.
- Showed a transferable pattern for domain-specific assistants in maintenance-heavy environments.
